Data we process
Through the estimate form we process your full name, phone number, email address, property location, project type, current condition, desired finish, floor area and message. The server temporarily processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including the IP address, request time and rate-limiting security data. To show a notice about other language versions, the application uses a country code supplied by the intermediary network or the browser's language setting; it does not store that code in its database.
Purposes and legal bases
- responding to your enquiry, preparing an estimate and taking steps at your request before a possible contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- protecting the website, preventing misuse and securing communications - legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- complying with legal obligations and lawful authority requests - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims - legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Form data is not used to send marketing communications. If that purpose is introduced, we will request separate, voluntary consent.
Recipients and transfers
Only authorised company personnel may access the data. Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process the minimum necessary data as processors, and public authorities may receive data where required by law. If a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR; you may request information about the applicable safeguards by email.
Retention
We ordinarily retain enquiries and related business correspondence for 12 months after receipt. If negotiations continue, we retain the data until they end. If a contract is concluded, or data is required for a legal obligation or claim, the corresponding longer statutory period applies. Rate-limiting security data expires after 15 minutes. Infrastructure logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting.
Required information
Fields marked as required are necessary to assess the enquiry and prepare a meaningful response. Without them, the online form cannot be submitted, but you may contact us by phone or email and provide only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not include health information, identity documents or unnecessary personal information about third parties in your message.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, at azop.hr. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
